It replaces a waiver subscription and a door system: Smartwaiver runs $55 to $155 a month, access control adds $50 to $100 more, and Kisi charges $99 for software before you've bought its $850 controller. FLOOR does both jobs as one module, priced with the beta.

What FLOOR covers
Self-service check-in
Members tap in and pick their class. The roster syncs from Mindbody or Momence, so the kiosk always shows the real schedule.
Guest and walk-in management
A new face gets an account, a signed waiver, and a class booking in under two minutes, without pulling staff off the floor.
Digital waivers
Unlimited signatures, stored on the member record. Smartwaiver charges $55 to $155 a month for this alone.
Retail and counter sales
A simple register for the cooler and the merch shelf. Members can charge the card they already have on file.
Daily operations view
Check-ins, guests, retail totals, and outstanding waivers or payments for the day, per location.
Runs on a tablet
Any iPad or Android tablet on a wall mount. No proprietary hardware, no $850 controller.
