Members keep their balances when you switch

The balance importer takes an export from your current rewards provider, reconciles every member to their exact prior balance, and carries their history with it. On day one, each member opens the app and sees the number they already had. A member who's been saving 2,900 points for a free month loses nothing, and neither do you.
