MOMNTM runs on top of the booking platform you already have, so switching never touches your schedule, your billing, or your members' cards. What moves is the point tools' data: the balances, waivers, and playbooks they've been holding. We move it with you, one tool at a time if you like.
What actually keeps you where you are
Every tool will hand you a feature comparison grid. The grid was never the problem. The problem is what leaving seems to cost your members: the rewards program holds their points, the waiver tool holds ten years of signatures, and the training tool holds every procedure your team ever wrote down. Walking away from that feels like burning it.
So the migration starts with the member-facing math. Points balances and reward history import into STREAK and are reconciled against the old program line by line, so no member opens the app to a zero. Waivers land on the member record. The playbook moves into CREW.
If a tool you're leaving won't export something cleanly, we'll tell you before you've paid us anything, and we'll rebuild it with you in the staging copy instead.

Nothing about the suite requires the suite. Plenty of studios start by replacing exactly one tool, usually the one whose renewal is next, and add from there.
Run both in parallel
The tool you are leaving keeps running through staging and go-live. Your members never hit a gap, because there is never a day without a working system.
Cancel on your schedule
You cancel the old tool when you have watched MOMNTM run for as long as you want. That date is yours, not part of our process.
What doesn't move, on purpose
MOMNTM is not a booking platform, and switching to it is not a platform migration. All of this stays exactly where it is.

You hand us exports from the tools you're leaving. We map every field and flag anything that won't carry cleanly, before you've paid us anything.
Staging
Your data lands in a private copy of MOMNTM. You click around your own members, real balances, and real waivers before anything goes live.
Reconciliation
Points and reward history are matched line by line against the old program, so the first thing a member sees is their own balance, correct.
Training
Three live configuration sessions, plus staff training on the screens your team will actually touch.
Go-live
You pick the date. We're on the phone that day, and the old tools keep running until you choose to cancel them.
The questions everyone asks
Will my members notice the switch?
They will notice the new portal and the new look, and that is the point. What they will not notice is any loss: balances match, milestones stay earned, and nobody is asked to sign a waiver they already signed.
What if a tool won't export my data?
Some vendors export generously, some grudgingly, some not at all. Kickoff maps exactly what yours will give up, and anything that cannot be exported gets rebuilt with you in staging. You will know which is which before you have paid anything.
Can I switch one tool now and the rest later?
Yes, and it is the most common path. Each tool stands alone; the suite math is a discount, not a requirement. Start where the pain or the renewal date is.
