MOMNTM runs on top of the booking platform you already have, so switching never touches your schedule, your billing, or your members' cards. What moves is the point tools' data — the balances, waivers, and playbooks they've been holding — and we move it with you.
What actually keeps you where you are
Every tool will hand you a feature comparison grid. The grid was never the problem. The problem is what leaving seems to cost your members: the rewards program holds their points, the waiver tool holds ten years of signatures, and the training tool holds every procedure your team ever wrote down. Walking away from that feels like burning it.
So the migration starts with the member-facing math. Points balances and reward history import into STREAK and are reconciled against the old program line by line, so no member opens the app to a zero. Waivers land on the member record. The playbook moves into CREW.
If a tool you're leaving won't export something cleanly, we'll tell you before you've paid us anything, and we'll rebuild it with you in the staging copy instead.
What doesn't move, on purpose

You hand us exports from the tools you're leaving. We map every field and flag anything that won't carry cleanly, before you've paid us anything.
Staging
Your data lands in a private copy of MOMNTM. You click around your own members, real balances, and real waivers before anything goes live.
Reconciliation
Points and reward history are matched line by line against the old program, so the first thing a member sees is their own balance, correct.
Training
Three live configuration sessions, plus staff training on the screens your team will actually touch.
Go-live
You pick the date. We're on the phone that day, and the old tools keep running until you choose to cancel them.
