Pricing comes with the beta
MOMNTM is in a small private beta and pricing isn't set yet. We share the working numbers with studios that join, settle what they pay with them, and publish every price on this page once it's set. Until then, the only way to see pricing is to be in the room.
What a beta studio gets
All five modules
VECTOR, FLOOR, CREW, STREAK, and PULSE running at your studio, on top of the Mindbody or Momence account you already pay for.
Assisted setup
We move your data in with you, including the pieces a CSV can't carry, and we stay on the line through go-live.

You see the numbers we're working with, and what you actually pay is settled with you before anything is published.

The five commitments
These aren't marketing lines. They go in the order form you sign, beta included.
Month to month. Cancel inside the product. Your full export, including points balances, reward history, waivers, SOPs, and member records, is free, forever.
The renewal price is the same price, locked in writing.
Your processor, your money, your payout schedule. Funds land in your own account.
We take 0% of your revenue and we never sell to your clients.
A named person who knows your account, and no AI chatbot in front of them.
Support, on the record
This lives on the pricing page on purpose. Support is part of what you're buying, so it belongs next to the price, even while the price is a conversation.
Uptime and incidents post live at status.momntm.fit, including the ones that make us look bad.
Honest answers
Why isn't pricing public?
Because it isn't set. We're pricing MOMNTM with our beta studios rather than at them. When it's set, every price will be published on this page, including what happens at renewal.
How do I see the numbers?
Request access. Beta seats open in small batches while we build, so not every studio gets in right away. If it's a fit, we book the call and walk you through the working pricing for your location count, with a straight answer if a module isn't worth it for you.
Does MOMNTM replace Mindbody or Momence?
No. Booking, scheduling, and billing stay exactly where they are. MOMNTM runs on top and replaces the point tools bolted around them: rewards, retention outreach, waivers, staff training, and the branded member app.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You cancel inside the product, no call and no ticket. Your full export includes points balances, reward history, waivers, SOPs, and member records, and it's free. Access to it doesn't expire. Your booking platform was never in our hands to begin with.
Am I signing up for a beta that breaks?
The five modules are working software running real studios today. Beta means the pricing and the polish are still being set with the first studios, not that the product is an experiment on your members.

MOMNTM works alongside Mindbody and Momence. It does not replace your booking, scheduling, or billing.
